  1. I’m open to Brady but I don’t like him describing everything as ‘fun’. Feels like a cover for true feeling. Would like some real talk right now and not that everything is sunshine and rainbows

  2. I really love what he says here. He clearly understands the concepts of leadership. That bodes well for us. We'll see what happens on the field but my initial thought is…I like this kid. Go Bills!

  3. Buffalo Bills new offensive cordnatior is media friendly which is an A+ bonus Getting quarterback Josh Allen QB#17 scoring touch downs on the regular is a priority number one Buffalo Bill's we want our teams success? Joe Bradys Opptimistic mind set is clean slate reset & contagious with a good attiude?" congratulations to Joe Brady new offensive cordnatior let's see the collaboration effort translate to win this Sunday 430 this afternoon Lets go Bills!

  4. McDermott needs to stay out of offensive calling and let the OC open up the play book. Let Josh play. Let him throw. Let him do called sweeps. Josh needs to get involved in the game early. A good coach uses the players he has and adjusts his coaching style/play calling to meet the team he has. The last two years it's clear that McDermott has been trying to force running on first down & way more on this team. This current team is built to throw the ball. Let them play!

  5. Be creative BRADY. PLEASE.
    Bills have a easy fix.
Control Allen as they did and won 3 decisive games early this season.
    Stop the turnovers.
Get rid of Diggs, we'd likely have less tension and likely win more. It's a cancer in a locker room and team. To always be complaining. Never giving other talents opportunities cause we force him the ball. We need 2 other wrs.
We should be using Harty, sherfield, Morris, Kincaid, etc. Backs.
Defensive, we need sacks and takeaways. Blitz.
Be creative. See other teams? 😮
    That easy.

  6. This guy was a coordinator for the Panthers..They won 2 games that year and were 26th in scoring. Good thing the bills organization keeps pulling worthless people from the panthers

  7. Give em a couple of weeks and they will come after you like they came after Daboll (incredible) and Dorsey – all while cheering JA17 just because he says he loves the city.

  8. Don't Kiss Josh Allen's Ass Joe Brady, tell him to use check downs, tell him when it ain't need to throw the ball 150 miles an hour you can fanace it in receivers arms, tell him to smarten up, guess what you ain't going to be OC at the end of the year if you keep babysitting him. Look at what just happened to Ken Dorsey moves are being made, so WTF up. Diggs will be gone too if you don't smarten the offense up. Be like Daboll tell Sean I'm the boss here, my offense

  9. He's going to take away the predictability from our offense!! Use 14 in ways unlike what we've seen! Tight end combo just the right twist we needed!! Let's go Buffalo 🎉❤

  10. Nice guy but taking his marching orders from McDermott. Focus on eliminating turnovers is not the solution to fixing the problem with Josh and the offense. Joe should be bringing positive ideas that will change the current mindset.
