McDermott needs to stay out of offensive calling and let the OC open up the play book. Let Josh play. Let him throw. Let him do called sweeps. Josh needs to get involved in the game early. A good coach uses the players he has and adjusts his coaching style/play calling to meet the team he has. The last two years it's clear that McDermott has been trying to force running on first down & way more on this team. This current team is built to throw the ball. Let them play!

Nice guy but taking his marching orders from McDermott. Focus on eliminating turnovers is not the solution to fixing the problem with Josh and the offense. Joe should be bringing positive ideas that will change the current mindset.
