  1. Roy’s got a point but I’d take Calvin at Liverpool we need a solid CDM we signed gravenberch & endo and Jürgen isn’t even using them.

Actually he should maybe go to a team not in the top 6 be a starter and watch him shine 🧐

  2. Bad take from wrighty.

Pep can’t just put someone into a premier league game/champions league game so he can try and gain his trust.

Every single point is valuable when you’re fighting for top honours, so pep won’t just take the risk to benefit Kalvin.

This is what Roy is saying. He’s got to impress and gain his trust in training and when he does get the chance, make it count.

Unfortunately, he hasn’t done that when called upon, albeit it hasn’t been to often.

  3. Philips is no good, never was. City bought him because the media was hyping him at the time. Like Roy said, it's not good enough to 'not do anything wrong'. He needs to bring something special in that team to keep getting over the line

  4. Kalvin’s profile at Leeds never really suited the transition to City. His best assets were that he runs for days, he’s a great disruptor out of possession and he can pick out a good long ball, none of those assets are really what Man City need in the base of their midfield the majority of the time
