Kevin De Bruyne was substituted during Manchester City’s opening Premier League fixture against Burnley.
Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, spoke in a press conference ahead of their next Super Cup fixture and confirmed surgery would keep the player out for up to four months.

Kdb was full throttle last season having to play 2 to 3 games a week, im not surprised if his fitness level deteriorated a lot plus the previous injuries

makes no difference at all. Pep's Man City are a very well oiled machine, you can take out 4 players, they'd still win every game. Hell, I could even be playing for them, and they'd still win.
