Kevin De Bruyne was substituted during Manchester City’s opening Premier League fixture against Burnley.

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, spoke in a press conference ahead of their next Super Cup fixture and confirmed surgery would keep the player out for up to four months.

  1. Really hate it when so many injuries happened even it's just the beginning of the season. Courtois, Militao, Timber, KDB. Get better soon and come back stronger!

  2. Kdb was full throttle last season having to play 2 to 3 games a week, im not surprised if his fitness level deteriorated a lot plus the previous injuries

  3. makes no difference at all. Pep's Man City are a very well oiled machine, you can take out 4 players, they'd still win every game. Hell, I could even be playing for them, and they'd still win.

  4. t age 32 with the same hamstring injury after coming back … very bad. KDB Quote : He said earlier this month he had been playing through the pain with a hamstring injury for the final two months of the season,
