  2. The story already answers this. Yes it's ok to eat candy and soda every once in a while. It you switch a diet and it's not working for you for 6 months then it's clear the diet isn't for you. You do what works for you and not what works for others.

  3. As a sugar freak i can confirm this is true because when i eat vegtables i feel sleepy and out of energy but when i have sugar i feel perfectly fime the only side effect of sugar is the sickness and the bad fat

  4. I have this same problem and I went to my trainer about this (being a player from an mls next academy) and he said that I needed to do something like this because of low blood sugar so he probably needs to have a lot of sugar to maintain his normal status

  7. Quick sugar right before and during physical exercise is the nest thing to consume. The days before the match you wanna eat a lot of good carbohydratea like noodles and stuff and also in general keep good proteins high. But on match days I always wanted my stomach to be empty and only ate like 2 white semmeln with honey in it. In summary: do what works for you
