broβs struggling with that sugar withdrawal
I'm sure the food is supposed to be the fuel. Half time is the best time to get something with energy to make a better play to the 2nd half
The story already answers this. Yes it's ok to eat candy and soda every once in a while. It you switch a diet and it's not working for you for 6 months then it's clear the diet isn't for you. You do what works for you and not what works for others.
I also personally think that if sugar helps him, he should try out glucose pills.
Iβm also like this I canβt go a game without a gum or sour patch kids I just perform better when I eat them
its both important. before and on half time eat sugar and after the match and in between matches eat both
Ill answer it simple
Cristiano's career is very very much far better than sugar guy havertz
So u should eat healthy
Must have Ben withdraw but if he stuck to it for a while Iβm shure it would have benefited him
During the game and at half time is the best time to have them
No wonder
bro is the anti ronaldo πππ
I wish I was havetz
Iβd love that energy to make him score goalsπ
Dude is the opposite to Messiππ
I think we need both to survive
Diabetic Anyone agree with me?
At half time my coach tells us to eat something sweet with sugar (like honey) to give us energy for the rest of the match
As a sugar freak i can confirm this is true because when i eat vegtables i feel sleepy and out of energy but when i have sugar i feel perfectly fime the only side effect of sugar is the sickness and the bad fat
Yet heβs still German morata
Me trying to see him smile
Marshawn Lynch diet
Yes,it is for a maximum of 90 mins and the rest is between you and God.
Havertz is exactly the same as me. I mean like he lives on skittles and coke
I have this same problem and I went to my trainer about this (being a player from an mls next academy) and he said that I needed to do something like this because of low blood sugar so he probably needs to have a lot of sugar to maintain his normal status
Yeah we see how it had a huge impact on him
Every diet has to be sustainable and balance is also key. Itβs different for everyone. Ronaldo preforms eating leafs and then you have Jamie vardy who drinks 5 red bulls every match day π
Kaya
if only Chelsea could start to doing something as easy as that to perform better
Still ainβt playing well tho ππ
Itβs a shame heβs still sh*t
Mission for havertz : Be healthy and be better Results:mission failedβ
Mission for Ronaldo : be healthy and be better
Results: MISSION SUCCESSβ
Bro at first I thought it said he feels himself and I was like wtf
Young messiβs diet was way worse than that and he was dribbling players in his sleep
Short-term, yes. Long-term, no.
My body needs cigars π
Time to show this to my mom
π
Iβm the 40k person to like this video
I say you need both because you Can pass out because of sugar loss and heathy for phyiscal
I guess it works, but wouldnt you get the same effect from an apple or banana if its just a bit of extra sugar he needs?
He should eat mentos and drink cola for that extra boost
He wasn't getting enough energy
I love Havertz (man united fan )
Havertz is probably pre diabetic .
Idk bro sounds like Diabetes to me
It's a but like Messi about eating un healthy and needed to change but the other things no
Quick sugar right before and during physical exercise is the nest thing to consume. The days before the match you wanna eat a lot of good carbohydratea like noodles and stuff and also in general keep good proteins high. But on match days I always wanted my stomach to be empty and only ate like 2 white semmeln with honey in it. In summary: do what works for you
You're better off eating like Mbappe! More about his diet here π½οΈ https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Twt2Od2fZq4
And still shit crazy as I am a Chelsea fan
And it ainβt working π
