Thing I love about Jack is how much he understands real people and being a real person. He's not over-accommodating or patronising, just talks to him like he would anybody else. He's not trying to look like a saint for the cameras, he'd of stayed and had a chat with literally anyone who was in that guys place and that's what I love about him.
