Honestly, and it might be a wild take, but i believe that under Flick, if he could play like 5/6 matches in a row, over 60 minutes, he would be actually a very decent striker for a starting eleven. He's touch isn't the best, but i believe he would highly rise his skill with being a proper starting striker.
Ferran is one of those ST’s that misses the easier chance but scores the more difficult ones. One thing I can appreciate from him is his mentality, work rate and movement off the ball.
What is nice – Most of his on target end up in the back of the net. To improve – Shot accuracy, needs to hit the target more often than he currently does, which can increase his output substantially. It is tough to do so as he gets limited minutes. Has shown a great deal of improvement recently as his minutes have also been boosted by flick lately.
I wanna like Ferran, but when he misses chances like 0:25 and 0:35, it pisses me off. It's just painful to watch. Now I will admit that he has played better this season compared to his previous seasons, but he can't keep missing chances like that.
