It’s well known that our boys are talented with their feet … but what about their hands? In our FC Bayern Painting Challenge, Minjae Kim, Dayot Upamecano, Daniel Peretz and Eric Dier prove their talent with a paintbrush. You can see the resulting works of art here!

  1. There brains can conceptualise football, but not taking real world and copying it into art

Remaking real world into art is a skill obviously most footballers do not have

being able to conceptualise to kick a football into a goal, is not the same skill as taking an object in reality and turning it into art in some form

To recreate reality into art, you have to focus on main points, ie when you draw, you focus on shade areas, and recreate them

How light reflects off your target is how you do art

People do not appreciate how that works, but artists know how to interpret light reflecting of real world objects

Obviously these footballers cannot conceptualise these things, there brains are better at manipulating a football, and putting a ball into the net.

You notice how they had virtually no ratio in there drawings
