The sponsorship is to try and get the fans to bet on the games obviously you cannot have the people playing the matches match fixing
They get paid millions its literally the smallest sacrifice imaginable that they just don't bet on football games. They can still bet on other sports
Lifetime ban for gambling. But drunk driving, kicking cats, domestic abuse, sour grapes and assaults are all fines or short bans…. It's a bit pathetic, and just shows that only thing that matters to these people who make the rules is money and how much they can make.
lucas paqueta real name is Lucas Tolentino Coelho de Lima. He is known as Paqueta as he grew up on the island of Paqueta in Brazil. The island has around 4000 residents. For every yellow card they are investigating half the island bet on him getting booked!!! (Am overplaying the numbers saying half the island lol). But they knew on the island he was going to get booked and they told family, neighbours and friends etc so the amount of people betting increased massively so did the total number of bets in money terms. The island should not of shouted it from the rooftops
it isnt betting offences, its matchfixing offences of which they know he isnt guilty of which is why theyre going down the "we think he might have done it, how many people agree" rather than proving it because despite Paquetas co-operation and him giving the FA his phone on 2 seperate occations, they found absolutely nothing. Lets report facts here lads, not chinese whispers

Wasn't just £7 there was a £400 double that placed. That's 6 months wages on paqueta island, winnings would have been about £4000. 5 years of wages.
