Why can't Tav just kick the ball out of play at that first goal? The second one he just fell over, and I think the pitch played a part in that.
Un-believable. Tav gets off-scot-free, yet again. Guess 'cronyism' is alive and well, at our club. Alfie wasn't responsible, or Borna, or Ryan. They, played their part and contributed, to the cause. Message to Tavernier, you're NOT, a winger. It's not the end of the world, but gives us 'needless' extra' work. No offence intended, just my opinion.
Let's just step up and show we are a great squad and will bounce back and show the world what we can do

Where’s Tav? He should face the media and at least take some of the blame for the 2 goals. He shouldn’t be our captain
The situation with Tavernier is very similar to the situation with Fernando Ricksen. He ISN'T A RIGHT BACK and should be put into midfield or Right Wing – if he can't handle the interplay there then time to say goodbye.
Polster has to be put at Right Back.
Huge difference from Ricksen at RB to Midfield. The same would apply to Tavernier if he hadn't to concentrate on defensive side of his game. Who knows he may even start scoring free kicks again?
1) This hatred towards Tavernier is embarrassing. 2) Finally Barisic has arrived but how long before the boo boys hound him out?
Tav has had countless assists and goals… where were the boo boys when he crossed for Morelos against Midtylland… or when he scored against Rapid and Celtic last season… in a flat back 4 Tav is a liability – we know this – but his work going forward is so important, especially with kent out. What's now needing to be considered is how high our line is (that's what caught us out last night and almost against Feyenoord), or who's skippering behind him… because positionally he's not great. But this constant bashing of Tav is ridiculous… Goldson for me has been a weak link for a while… a top CB deals with covering Tav from a long ball last night… there was no danger from anywhere…. it's the 94th minute… just drop off… cover Tav… be smart. Didn't see any of that from Goldson… but mistakes happen… their CB had a nightmare for Morelos' goal… we'll get Young Boys back at Ibrox.

Whatever Gerard see's in Ojo is beyond me. Another manager who can't change things.
Quite ironic that barasic is there and had he done what tavenier did he'd be dropped the very next game yet the guy on the other side of the pitch gets a game no matter how poor he performed. It's not just his mistakes it's his general play, his crosses were pathetic against yb and he's been poor all season so far. Penalties aside or fluke free kicks when is the last time he scored from open play?! How can it be good to have a guy who can be as poor as and KNOW he's still getting picked as first name of the team sheet. A strong manager and strong squad has another player desperate to get a chance waiting the wings to come in
Why's it's some sort of big contraversial thing to say that he should be dropped! Gerrard said at the start of the season that nobody is beyond being dropped if they're not doing it, he has 2 players for each position now but yet he refuses to drop tav just because he's "captain" when our real captain is Davis. Even arfield or Alan mcgregor are more worthy of it and goldson is the other favourite who's beyond getting dropped had it been katic or helander performing like him they'd be out.
The criticism of Tav's performance is only fair but not his captaincy. It was amateur defending, 1-0 away from home against a difficult opponent he should be finding row Z with the first goal and with the second if hes diving in to get the ball he has to make sure he wins it. Fans questioning his ability have a short memory, he's one of our best players and gave us plenty of happy memories. Get off his back and give our captain the support he deserves.
Ryan Jack should be wearing the Captains armband. Ojo should be on the bench and we need Ryan Kent and Jamie Murphy back %100 fit ASAP
Listen please fellow fans loyalty is an attribute no doubt about that but it can be at times a double edged sword and a monkey on your back. Everybody has favourites in life and Mr Gerrard has certainly got that about him just as we all have.Its not for me to say or even criticise such a top manager but listen some of our players need changed at the moment the supporters have already voiced who they are . Love Rangers through good and bad times.

What a lad Borna👏 settled right in now and showing us his full potential, well spoken words though, yeah Tav messed up, but every player has messed up, as Stevie G said, James is the captain for a reason, I don’t know why people are giving him so much criticism, he’s a good player, he just had a bad game, I’m 100% behind the lad no matter what, now we just dust our selves down and move on to the next game🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Maybe it would help players to recover more between games if you rested certain players like Tavernier and Goldson.Why do these guys play every single game?Same with Ojo!Get the likes of Edmundson and Docherty in the team as well as Polster or Flanagan especially against the smaller teams.And start using your subs more that's what they're there for!!Even to waste time there the other night if nothing else!Players were out on their feet and you do nothing about it.Crazy altogether 🤬
