Bad pitches in Ghana, sub standard coaches, poor academies in the country. Hearts of oak won the caf champions league and they were able to hold the super stars of Nigerian to a draw. Abutrika played in the Egyptian league and together with the El ahly players were able to lift the afcon for Egypt. Our league is below standard.Robert mensah, Osei kofi won the caf champions league inthe 60s and the African cup of nations for the black stars because they were exceptionally good and the league was competitive. The following local players were given the opportunity and they disappointed everyone Prince tagoe Isaac boakye Ismael addo Nana arhin duah Charles Taylor Don bortey etc All this people were a flop when given the opportunity at black stars

Ghana would have lost the game against Czech Republic if Milan baros and Jan koller had played against Ghana. We lost to Brazil because we were playing a highline possession football which made us vulnerable to the Brazilians in defense we should have used the catennacio and quick counters to have beat Brazil in 2006 WC.
2 Players can not stop the goal. Zigi ist a goalkeaper he play and look and he has show, that play this ball. And 2 Players must stop. Look Zigi he ist very good player.You can play with him. I think the local goalkeepers and players have to be given a chance to excel at the international level.
