It’s the qualifiers. Can you children stop crying about who isn’t in there? The star players you glaze over won’t be needed because they’re either injured, at risk of, or out of form. Or he’s just testing and giving players call ups for international games that don’t really matter.

I'm sorry but I am so tired of seeing managers come and pick players on previous achievements and ability like Hendo/Walker and Rashford….completely overlooking and ignoring players who work hard and are in great form. Players like Gibbs-White, Rogers, Spence, Watkins….I'm sorry there is countless more. This is why I fully supported Lee Carsley because he understood picking players who were in form and deserving, not recalling older players who have caps!!! I am so uninspired by this squad it is unreal!!! I thought we couldn't have gotten more negative than Southgates borefests but I am now worried this is what we will see under Tuchel….too much emphasis by the FA to win so they play pragmatic then actually letting the handcuffs off like under Carsley!
