As a Pool Fan i have to admit PSG was better in overall in 2 legs. In Paris LFC perfornance was bad, and yea they dominated 90 minutes in the 2nd match, but PSG played much better and dangerous in Anfield still, compared to LFC in Paris. And in the extra time PSG was still better. Maybe Szobo and Maca was tired, but midfield and building up offensive also gone with them. We didnt had Arnold. there was noone to bring up good attacks. Salah who carried this PL so far, was extreme weak in both matches, he just couldn't make any decent key pass in counterattacks. But the main reason of kockout is about the bench. Sad to admit but there was a huge difference in quality between PSG bench, and LFC bench. And one thing: Last year we lost to Atalanta, another european club, with good physicality. There we also lacking a heavy, fast and strong striker. Diaz, Salah, and Jota are both fine technical players, but against teams you would need a character like Nunez.. but not like that as he played after sub. Anyway he could start. Ofc we can blame him again, but giving him penalty scoring was mistake, and don't forgot in Paris, he got his onky chance and given the perfect assist to Elliot. Yea he played poor today, but just like all forwards. PSG deserved the win here.

Football is like that , sometimes you win and sometimes you lose , but we are Liverpool and we always get up . I have been saying for a long time that we need a ‘ Killer ’ , an Ian Rush , Cristiano Ronaldo , Alan Shearer etc , also M. Gibbs White and Anthony Gordon would be very good signings .
