Issa Diop for Fulham needs to be replaced. He is not the top defender for what Fulham want to aim for.
I hate those kinds of penalties. The attacker's only thought is to get his foot in the way of the defender's swing. You can argue that it's as much a trip on the defender as a foul on the attacker.
