Balance of probabilities is as you say far easier to prove and that suits the āprosecutor ā the FA and if they looking to enforce rules and want to make an example then they have an opportunityā¦ā¦..if looking for evidence as you say,phone transcripts,bank statements,,statements,witnesses etc etc ā¦.this should in theory should be going on for weeks,with challenges,legal challenges etc and how can it also be fair with all the publicity around it

The problem is, if you put the same burden of proof as a criminal trial then itās incredibly difficult to ever get a conviction for this therefore thereās no deterrent. By allowing a guilty verdict in probabilities it is a deterrent because everyone knows that if it were criminal thereās no chance youāll get found guilty

Hi Gonzo, in the English County Courts you still have to present evidence i.e someone owes you money etc and these are classed as civil. They should really let a court deal with this.
At the end of the day of he was guilty would have been charged already, the fa have nothing and clutching at straws

You cant prove a negative and Paquetta shouldnāt have to prove innocence. The FA should have to prove guilt but instead we get this kangaroo court where people who may have biases get to decide a manās destiny.

Every time Paqueta goes for a transfer to City, the FA bring up the charges, and then when City get cold feet they drop the charges.

But the money should be returned and a ban of at least a year is warranted.
Looking at it all my gut tells me he is guilty and I expect the ban to come.
