  1. To be perfectly fair, winning one trophy with Spurs would mean 1000 times more than winning multiple with other big clubs. He chose to be the loyal guy so it’s the price he has to pay for.

  2. You speak for 22 minutes but without touching big points

-Son’s best friend at Spurs is Ben Davies

-Son not married – could be gay

-Son being a model and does not fit into the macho football world

-Son is the greatest guy outside the pitch and that is also his weakness on the pitch being too nice

-Son is very emotional – players know he struggles if thet are physical (3 red cards)

-Son not smiling? Would you if you were losing?

-Spurs revenue is maybe 20 % Son merc – they will do anything to keep him and those huge sales

-Son has been in the team losing final in 2019 and 2021 he did not step up in either – he let’s Spurs down in big matches (Kane has lost 3 Spurs finals)

    – Son weakness is his heading but he has 2 good feet and is fast and great dribler

  3. Son is older……like Salah.

But Arne (and Klopp in his later years…..) played Salah to his strength…goalscoring and playmaking.

Arne do not require Salah to help out in defend…..because Salah's stats on goals and assists ….allow Salah a free pass on defensive duties.😊

That mancity game is an outlier😅😅

Ange and other managers worked Son to the bones. Son get injury prone.

Said it before….Son should have left Spurs and joined Liverpool and play under Klopp instead of signing the extension.

Because at that moment..Bobby was on a decline and injury prone while Mane was ghosting that 1.5 years…..

  4. Son deserve alot more respect. He tried so hard not to get injured because he knows the team need him . At the same time Ange play style requires him to run alot. Even defending. hence, he’s focus and strength drained so much. The team need to be like Gray, Ben, Bentencur who can counter forward pass to Son. That is his strength. Just like recent game vs Ipswitch. I really hope he will leave Spurs with a trophy. He deserve it.

  5. We are playing as a playmaker with touchline wingers rather than scoring points this season. There are three to four key passes every game. Only when a fellow player scores can the offensive point increase. There are many things that fellow players can't score. Ange is not making use of Sonny to score points. Do tactics with an inverted winger rather than an inverted fullback.

  6. Even if he's not their man on the pitch, Son is still their man financially. Dominating a market of a whole nation is a big deal. I doubt AIA is willing to double their contract in 2017 if Son is not there.

  7. After everything Sonny did, the way the club didn't offer him a contract is very shortsighted. Whether he stays or not should be Sonny's decision. He earned it.

  8. The main point about Sonny, and these guys(and most of the commenters here by the way) are missing the obvious, is the load of minutes he's had to play during these last few months. Ange said it early in the season that–because of his age–they wanted to manage his minutes this season. But because of the injuries THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ROTATE THE SQUAD. Does no one see this? Playing a game every 3 or 4 games is insane for anyone least of all a player his age. THAT'S THE REASON his energy levels are down. See how much better he was against Ipswich??? Because he had a small window of proper rest!! Watch when he gets a weekend off and Wilson comes in. I guarantee you he will be back to the old Sonny. No, he's not going anywhere. A rested Sonny is STILL one of the best in the league. But the key is rotation and Spurs are finally being able to do that. Patience people.

  9. It is a pathetic spurs fans that don’t give enough credits Son deserves. Son is still their best player. If Son played for a big club, he would still produce 20+ goals easily. The problem is Spurs is so so bad. He’s got at least 2 more years but he needs to go to a bigger club.

  10. Son Heung-min has changed his playing style in different positions depending on the demands of different managers.
As a poacher, striker, winger, playmaker
Still he is making best goals production in the team.
What's amazing is that he has been consistently doing really well in the Premier League for 10 years.

  11. He’s been good since spurs exited FA and carabao cup. I think he can no longer play two matches per week. He’s still got some left if I gets proper rest. He’s needs a successor who can off load some of his minutes when spurs need to play more than once a week
