We are long overdue someone at the club opening up on what’s happening, psr the squad the stadium the focus for future sponsorships etc
We need to let Shar go if we are ever to be seen as a top team there are a few others as well. Getting the average age of the squad down is important so hence all the over thirties need to go over the next few windows.
Schar should stay for another quality player okay he is not as quick but he is a very clever player far better than a lot of younger players and he is nearly always fit great squad player especially in Europe give your head a shake
