Kalvin Phillips was in an integral part of Leeds United’s promotion winning team, and was crowned England Men’s player of the year for 2021.
He was signed by Manchester City for £42m, but has made just 16 appearances in the Premier League for Pep’s side and is now on loan at Ipswich.

It's hard to put into words how much Pep loved him. Particularly before he went to City 😂 Bielsa is a demon for selling pep a dream, Phillip's' body was for the scrapheap by then. City went against numerous transfer principles for that one and paid dearly.

He needs to lay off the junk food.
Another thing people seem to forget is Kalvin was signed with a career ending injury.
That was probably the main reason he signed for city so he could get the best doctors and time to recover.
But regardless from day one you could tell pep didn’t rate him as a footballer. Was definitely a massive mistake from the scouting team.
