Arsenal seem content with mediocrity. Any other club with any sort of ambition would have sacked Arteta a long time ago.
Pulisic is Milan’s top scorer and only one assists behind Leao to be tied with assists as well. Pulisic is also the most consistent and covers more ground than any Milan player in matches. While people say he is not as talented as Leao and Hernandez, he is still the most effective/impactful and consistent of the three over the last two seasons regardless of who’s coaching Milan. Pulisic currently has 15 g/a. We all can see the American bias. I get the American commentators won’t shut up about him, but it’s not right to downplay this quality and performances when he deserves actual compliments for what he is doing.
So the same people who talked about Xavi in Barcelona as “he necesito to win silverware and fight for the champions league” even after Barca has been limited in signing players are now saying a club as Arsenal who spends millions and millions every year in new players even though they never win much, shouldn’t be pressured to win titles?

Arteta is a failure as manager. As assistant coach in City he did well.
Arteta has taken the team from a dark place, improved it every year, got it to within a whisker of the title. You have to be completely detached from reality or just blindly or willfully ignorant to talk of sacking him. Anyone with a brain and a bit of football knowledge can easily see the team has been ravaged by injuries all year and victim to PGMOL handing out never before and never again seen red cards on a couple of occasions which have cost the team valuable points. Given the remarkable season Liverpool is enjoying, the fact they are still second in the league, high up in the Champions League table, and in the semis of a cup competition despite all the challenges is actually pretty commendable.

Only winning the title after coming 2nd twice in the league constitutes progress! If Arteta does not at least deliver one/any trophy this year, he has to be shown the door. 5 years is enough. Get a coach who can get this team over the line otherwise it will disband.

If Arteta is responsible for the decision not to buy a goalscoring number 9 during the summer transfer window, then he should definitely be sacked. You have to be clueless not to realise Arsenal have no chance of being anything other than also-rans until they sign a real centre forward.
