I stick by my comment from a few years ago that Calvert Lewin is THE worst finisher in the league (of centre forwards). I get so irritated every time we (Newcastle) get linked with him for some absurd fee.
It starts making a little more sense when you hear he wasn't even a striker till his late teens when he filled in for someone.

After seeing that last shot from Calvert-Lewin I won't be surprised if Leicester Tigers try signing him up.
I'm not even sure what Young was attempting with that pass. He didn't miss hit it, he played it exactly where he intended.
A lot of hate for Calvert-Lewin but he's been so starved of normal chances in this team I'm not surprised he's regressed. Surprised that not a single person has mentioned that Pickford was at fault for the goal, shouldn't have come out into the middle of nowhere, he made it so easy for Watkins. Some cash seriously needs to be spent on a forward, centre mid, winger, wing back for starters.
