  1. Yeh! She's power!!! there isn't a gram of fat on her she is just got loads of muscle which is why she's powerful on beam 🙂

  2. most people out there haven't ever been very fit and don't know what muscle looks like -,- her body is ridiculous right here… Sad to hear that she won't be making London.

  3. Shawn is what like 19,20 Years old this video? And she can freakin flip like that! She is not fat or chunky or chubby! Hell to the No! She as all that muscle! Ppl saying well look at her in 2008 she should look like tht now. Bitch no! Shes gonna grow she dosent need to stay the same weight she did 3 years ago. If anybody else says shes fat or chucky or chubby or over weight, i wanna see you get on that beam and do what she did.

  4. Sad that she decided not to continue training and retired, it was a sad olympics without her on the team. So proud of everything she accomplished and even prouder that she tried to get back. Lots of love to Shawn!!!

  5. I agree. Considering she was (at the time) an elite athlete preparing for a comeback attempt in London. Her body is well suited to her individual style/form of gymnastics.
Strength and guts are prevalent in her programs. When her and Nastia went gold/silver in 2008 even they knew how vastly different their styles were yet, they landed 1 & 2.
Those speculating the fat/chubby chatter are obsessed with that…she was focusing on being prepared. Major Talent!

  6. Yeah she tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus… i believe that it was good for her to decide not to try for London, because she had time to really let her knee heal and she hopefully won't tear it again.

  7. Absolutely, she is incredibly tough, mentally and physically… she's gone through a lot in the last 4 or 5 years… can't wait to see what she has planned to do after DWTS!

  8. She did try for London but gave up quite early on as she realised that her knee wouldn't be able to handle it. Wise decision but it would have been an incredibly tough one :(.
