I guess a point is okay, but I'm disappointed we didn't go on and win it. So glad to see Simms back but bloody hell Tony Mowbray, it doesn't matter if players are young, if they are good enough they need to play. Bennette has to at least be on the bench. I know it's early days for Mowbray but I'm suddenly unsure if he's the right man for the job Terry. Onwards and upwards. Take care my friend.

Maybe Mowbray is sending a message to Speakman and the ownership to hint that he wants a bit more experience in January cos no disrespect to some of these lads cos we've been asking a lot from them but they need to time to settle into life in England they should be in the under 23s or sent out on loan to start learning the game with less pressure but unfortunately we haven't been able to do that cos the genius that Speakman is he signed more youth over experience and it's definitely caught up with us at times, I have no doubt these young lads will come good eventually but like I've previously said in January we need more championship proven players or players to good for league one cos it's pointless signing more youngsters just to sit on the bench or potentially not even make the match day squad

Terry I feel I must write this. I believe in kld speakman and Mowbray, speakman has got a squad of 2 players for every position and every transfer window we will get rid and improve on what we have. The club will this season be aiming for about 16th place and anything higher is a bonus. Its a long term plan for all even us supporters, next year the finishing target will go up, I personally think we will finish mid table and at best sneak into 6th this season as we will exceed our target, patience is a must for supporters especially this season.
