Id take grealish on a loan with intention to buy if he has a good season other wise no chance as he isn't worth 50-60 mil especially with his age close to 30 now
I thank Jack for his part in getting Villa back on its feet but the player he's become isn't worth a big fee or big wage and doesn't get into our team, there is no room for sentiment with the financial limitations of PSR.

I think many Villa fans would take happily back the Grealish we sold, but he’s no longer that player.
