2024 was the year when Everton Stadium finally became a reality.
The three-and-a-half-year construction phase of the project to build our new waterfront home is over, with Everton officially taking control of the site just before Christmas.
It’s been quite a journey to get to this point… and it’s not over yet!
The next six months will see the fit-out phase of the build, with the stadium’s bars, restaurants, experiences and retail spaces all being brought to life.
A series of test events will commence early in 2025, allowing Evertonians to get fully acquainted with their new home before the club plays its first competitive fixture here in August.
One the eve of a new year, a new dawn is breaking.

Everton's new stadium is really magnificent by its design and construction.
The lower rectangular part retains in a stylish manner elements of the past and the upper oval part embodies the modern look in a sophisticated way.
Both parts complement beautifully each other, so the whole structure is just unique! 🤗

i think this club focus should be more about winning games, and playing good. but no they want a new stadium… well if you keep playing like shit or maybe end up in 2nd division, i dont think you can even fill this stadium.. why spend money to go see a team playing shit football and lose every game..🤣🤣
Even as a Gooner…I must say this Project has blown me away!! 😙😙 What an astonishing feat of modern engineering, and the unique >> sublime design & landmark location certainly promises to make this one of Britain's most Iconic new venues!!…I sincerely hope that KSE take careful heed, and use this as inspiration >> incentive to build our own Iconic & individually unique new Stadium!!! ✌✌✌
