Morning! Some interesting points raised regarding particular players
The bottom line is quite simple
If we don’t get promoted we will lose key players!
Don’t necessarily agree with’ no chances created’ for our strikers!
As I said after last night’s game, Joseph needs to address several key issues and he will score!!
This session is a real’ swan song’ and we can’t afford to mess it up! Alaw
Shimdt needs some good minutes, we aren't getting to see it for long enough, but I'm telling you, he's a player that is going under the radar. Also, we should be looking at thet Asian market again, it's bargain basement over there.
I would be happy to see Firpo see out the season and celebrate promotion before moving on.
Joseph needs a run in the team IMO.
If Firpo and Byram miss more games due to injuries, I feel that Schmidt may get a chance to shine in the 1st team

Morning Kagey – sorry missed you live last night, too busy celebrating!! 🥳🤩 DJ was MOTM for me – so happy he scored on his 100th appearance for the mighty Whites! As for Junior, cos I'm sentimental, I think we should keep him until summer to enjoy the promotion he's helped us achieve. I like him a lot now and think he's become a bit of a cult hero, but anyone who thinks he will cut it in the Prem is deluded imo! As for Joseph, I've seen some mad comments by people saying how bad he was 🙄 I thought you were fair in your analysis – he just needs minutes to get rid of the rustiness and of course a goal for his confidence!! I wonder if Joseph wasn’t there for that cross because balls like that almost never happen. Obviously he needs to keep making the runs but hopefully he’ll learn that with experience.
i feel that with DJs improvement in end product he'd be a useful squad player in the prem against the top sides that are opting for CBs at fullback. e useful on the counter as well with us most likely being starved for possession in them fixtures

As good as FIRPO has been for us last season & this season, he's definitely not in the long term plan if we get promoted this season 😩😫
So offloading him in JANUARY cannot be a bad thing, especially if we can sell him for a good price too, we would be stupid not to🙏
So this will give SCHMIDT more of a chance to play, which is what I really want, we should be getting him ready & conditioned now 🙏
Agree with u on joseph. Know u rate him n i do too but when hes not delivering we notice it. We all know he will really cook if he gets his rythm. But at the moment hes making small mistakes with positioning ect. Just needs minutes and time to find his form..look at firpo. Man played doggo for ages then found form. Players are human too.
