Rodri is a big miss. I don't think Ake or Akanji are the right level. Gvardiol looks like he's a bust. Doku is a great impact player, but Grealish, for all his lack of professionalism, offers much better balance overall. Walker is finally slowing down. Bernado Silva has lost a step, as has Gundogan (though both are still great on their day). Selling Alvarez was an obvious mistake (though I get why they were tempted). De Bruyne is still incredible, but injuries are taking their toll l, and he is maybe too free-spirited for Guardiola's comfort. Meanwhile Rico Lewis is a brilliant playmaker, but I don't rate him as a fullback. Finally Ederson's form has fallen off a cliff.

Im sure that the issue at city is the presence of erling haaland. they all hold back their shots cause they know its haaland supposed to take them. thats why we are taking so few shots at goal these days and in return no goals.
Is it passion though? His rating this season is between 5/10 and 6/10. He did this in Spain last year while playing average and they cut him off for going to press instead of leaving this to the captain and the coach. To be absolutely honest City is in a bad place because him, Walker, Silva are still treated by management as they can play like 5yrs ago which they can't.

He's absolutely spot on with his diagnosis. Overcomplicating, holding the ball too damn long and then making the rushed and wrong pass and losing the ball.
Pep dictates the team to play in a over complicated way actually asking players to only do certain things. So its a coach issue I see.
