What do the English press not understand about Ben White not wanting to play for England? He has not played for England in three years and has made it very clear he doesn’t want to play for England. Why is TalkSport obsessed with White? Leave him alone.
Even in todays era of punditry, you can only stand back in awe, in absolute wonder, and marvel at level of genius that is so regularly elucidated by Mr (surely soon to be Sir) Rory Jennings. We are truly lucky to be living in His time.

I dont like the how people are criticising Ben Whites attitude, and playing down Southgates part, just because it hasnt been made public. I think its more fair to keep a neutral opinion.
Too many people are saying he should say what happened. But when Salah was being criticised for not signing a contract extension, he came out and said he hasnt been offered anything. His own fans that were criticising him for not signing thr contract, were saying he should have kept that between him and the club. Leaving Liverpool to control the narrative.
Right now, i think White is being respectful to the england camp, and letting Southgate control the narrative. Southgate essentially still wkrks for the FA, so its unlikely White will speak on Southgate (and hjs staff) while he still wants to play for england.
