Brentford at home are a different beast and Bryan Mbeumo is back amongst the goalscorers after a few baron weeks. The Liverpool postponement meant a formality captain for most, and Palmer didn’t disappoint.
Joined by The Athletic’s Jon Mackenzie, we break it all down.

Adam's 3 responses, starting with anger, remind me of the 7 stages of grief – the 3 stages of spurs?
Jon should be a guest on this podcast maybe once a month? I'm more of a eye test and formation/structure type of FPL manager, so I enjoy his views and input. Been a fan of his since the early TIFO podcast days
Great stuff as always. What is the first song in your intro please?
I think haaland will start banging soon. I've got Palmer Salah and him at the mo.
Great analysis from Jon. Different viewpoints but great to get his perspective. Quality gents as always.
Bryan Mbeumo guest host!๐
Really good video guys. John was a great guest.
Crazy that you guys said the deadline would be extended if Merseyside was postponed ๐
Great analysis and a great pod!
Amorim doing that for fitness. Im United fan, The team will be up and down
That's definitely a high verbal IQ approach to ethical captaincy.
Great episode once again lads! Baker called the Palmer pens on Friday DAMN
Jon is a fantastic guest!
Arsenal used the run from the back of the box for a few periods last season. I wonder if they are sticking with it at the minute because the opposition is unsure whether Gabriel is starting so have that doubt in setting up for set pieces.
This guy Jon sounds like f-ing Einstein when it comes to football, such insight! Wow!
Newcastle are a bit like Spurs in some ways. Probably do better against teams who look to impose their own style of play, rather than look to nullify them. So Newcastle look great countering with Gordon and Isak, but midfield doesn't create much from open play.
Botman is due to play in a reserve match in the next week. I can't see Howe rushing him into the starting line up, given the length of his injury and the problems he had before it. I wouldn't go for Hall personally, but there is a lack of options at 4.5ish. Maybe wait for Andersen to come back or look at Munoz or Robinson for a bit more.
Wooooo now. Alex Scott (and Semenyo) came from Bristol city. There's only one team in Bristol!
Great video (except the Bristol rovers thing), cheers lad.
Superb guest, thoroughly enjoyable pod!
The return of Odegore! Excellent podcast. Great listen
Enzo vs Rogers vs Iwobi? Iwobiยดs stats are surprisingly good.
Excellent episode!
Love the pod but that was the best question ever ๐ 'whats the point of putting players in you team who ok aren't going to play'. Great question. Short answer is……'none'!
Is Vardy a good pick? No. With Raul, Strand Larsen, Evanilson, Welbeck, Wissa and Wood the answer is surely no.
I don't know who the fuck this guy is but his football mind is utter GENIUS ๐ฎ
