@CoventryCityFC returned to action after the international break with a lunch time kick off against @sheffieldunited.

The summer saw two former players join the #blades with Callum O’Hare and Sam Mc Callum joing Gus Hamer at #BramallLane (when i was at uni i used to live on Edmund Road….) and November 23rd was the first time all three of them came back to the CBS in the same team.

At the start of the match a tribute was paid to #markrobins who was relieved of duties from @CoventryCityFC just before the International break after 7 and a half years in charge.

Jonas also enjoyed visting the family zone and playing #EAFC25 for the first time playing as @CoventryCityFC at the CBS…. He also met his favorite Skyblue Sam…

The Game was a very interesting and enjoyable match, how ever after a dominant start the #skyblues went behind with Hamer splitting the defence to have a hand in goal that took Sheffield United into the lead.

Norman Bassette fresh from making his @royalbelgianfa debut got on the end of a brilliant Josh Eccles cross to make it 1-1.

As the half went on Sheffield United started to ask a few more questions, and it was Hamer again who was instrumental in setting up their second to make it 2-1.

Just before half time there was an exchange with Bassette and Ahmedhodžić which saw the Bosnian sent off and the #blades reduced to 10 men.

The game was 2-1 to sheffield united at half time.

The second half the #skyblues started to dominate the ball and look for the winner, with a few changes to personnel and formation. Hitting the wood work and having a goal disallowed due to it being offside, the pressure finally gave in with 10 minutes to go when Bobby Thomas scored his second of the season to being the scores level at 2-2.

There was pressure from the #skyblues to make it 3-2 but it didn’t come and the game ended 2-2.

In the end Sheffield united probably will take the point all day long playing the second half with 10 men, the #skyblues however maybe could have won it on another day, especially if top goal scorer Haji Wright had of been available.

On to Burnley now on Tuesday, and hopefully by Cardiff on the 30th November the head coach position is taken.
