Everton were the better team on the road for the second time in the space of eight days, and this time they got some reward courtesy of a goalless draw at West Ham United.

The Blues were solid once again for the most part and had chances to come away from east London with victory as Abdoulaye Doucoure and Jesper Lindstøm went close either side of the interval.

West Ham improved in the closing stages and saw Crysencio Summerville hit the post before Jordan Pickford turned over substitute Danny Ings’ goalbound shot with virtually the last kick of the game.

It meant Everton came away from the capital with a point, and took their recent record to just one loss in their past seven Premier League matches.

  1. Drop Doucoure, DCL and Young (even though he has been decent recently) and put in Beto, Harrison and Patterson. We lacked pace in this game but I’m sure Dyche won’t make any changes for the next game

  2. woowza…. crikey…. Neverton Lads… Neverton only lost 2 points.. yyiihhaa… well, won't change the fact.. what fat-Frank started.. sonny-boi-Dyche will deliver = relegation.. then again, look at the bright side.. you will have a huge..the yuugessst stadium in the Championship.. the new Neverton Crapper… winner of the John Loo's Crapper Trophy.. Neverton… trophy-dry.. long may it continue…

  3. Sorry but the only highlights was Pickford making a few brilliant saves! That’s got nothing to do with Dyche.

There was no creative highlights again. This manager has to go. He would have set up the same if we were playing at home is my concern.

  4. You know when commentators say “every game at this level is difficult, if you make a mistake, you’ll be punished for it”? That literally doesn’t apply to us (or West Ham, to be fair).
