We should be looking for turning over players, if RM are circling then blocking a player move can leave an unhappy plaer, plan to get in his replacement and work on the £60m that will come in, rather than paying £20m or so otherwise we will never improve the full squad with quality depth if we keep rummaging about in the bargain buckets.

With Yang Min Hyuk coming January, our forwards in all positions will be stacked

CF : Solanke, Richarlison
RW: Johnson, Yang
We still need a striker who will challenge Solanke and a Tricky Right winger because I still believe we can do better than Johnson. I hope Yang has a season like Kulu did when he first came on that RW
If we add more we need to Offload Werner and Richarlison after this season or January. I do hope they prove me wrong especially Werner because all he needs is clinical finishing
Haven’t seen Cardoso’s form in Spain but for the US he recently has put in some disasterclass performances

We are always being linked with Top players when the window is closed and then when it opens we will sign average players
why do you even bother with transfers.. how many times have you got it wrong.. We start with a big name linked then will buy a cheap young option…Dont waste time with this.. Try to focus on what is wrong with spurs for the past 24 years

Khusanov's stat's look great in almost every defensive metric (99 percentile for interceptions is huge). Seems to be more composed than his age would suggest, and has cdm listed as a position he can play. Main weakness I can see is his arial ability, which I don't love conidering we are already a bit lacking there in our defense. Could be a good move, but I would like to see 2 defenders if so (ideally a cb/lb as well).
Also, he is right footed but often plays on the left in a back 4 from what I can tell, but with lens having Medina and playing a back 3 he has been having an unexpectedly good season as such an inexperienced player who plays centrally in that back 3 (often the most important defensive role, but depends the tactics). Playing in that position, imo, it makes his high percentile counting stats even more impressive. Tbh, on paper, he looks a lot like Dragusin with more football iq and less Arial ability, but hard to tell with their clubs playing so differently. May update after looking at the advanced #'s in depth, but idk if I will. From what I saw there, he looks even better than the traditional stats looked like on fbref
why not bring back Phillips???
This is where we need Paratici level scouting, this man know how to identify underrated talent. I have my doubts with this Lange guy
Skov Olsen isn't anything special, he's decent in the Belgian League but he would be more suited to a team like Crystal Palace. We should be more ambitious.
