  1. It's kinda the cycle which most high-pressing teams have to go through. It works well at first, until other teams simply stop trying to play through. Then you have to change your style to be more possesion-oriented

  2. I still think Newcastle made a huge error going for higher quality players so soon, 2 seasons back to back that’s infested with injuries and lack of squad depth yet they don’t invest in less valuable players

  3. This is why it is advisable to elvovle as a manager tweak 2 or 3 things in your tactics before a new season starts so that teams don't figure out your team too much bc once they do you're doomed that's the EPL for you

  4. Funny how Chris Wood went from Newcastle’s third choice striker, to one of the best in-form attackers in the premier league at Forest 😂. Not saying he is one of the best strikers in terms of quality, but he has definitely been one of the best strikers this season.
