I think we should be operating at the level of which we can still be confident rotating players…rice really need to rest
Partey’s problems are all defensive. He’s costed us a few goals this season…especially the one against Brighton. Rice doesn’t have those.

We have to stop saying this guy is “back up” to this guy and start saying his another “option “ to this guy.
I love Rice but I have always doubt about his line breaking ability which is the most needed skill required in that position. He just does not has it. Partey merino odegaard these three can easily do that.
Why can't England produce a player like that? Like Rodri or Partey. Why is that?

Partey on his last season, run that guy to the ground to get our money back and put Rice there when Partey eventually injured again
Credit is going in the right direction
Rotation is Arteta's intention by design..to keep everyone fresh and hungry. Even when AFTV were busy tearing Partey into shreds..Arteta was building different skillsets for him to change his game to game strategy.
Thats Arteta's plan.
