hes overatted IMO his 1st touch is usually heavy and looses control when most elite players retain possession. Its a fundamental skill that he has not mastered, He looks good on an outstanding team, He his exposed when playing for his national team, Sure he has blazing speed no doubt about that and will get paid in RM & good for him. hes done will for a kid from T & T.

If you had written that in 2020, ok. But his perfomance that was getting worse and worse since then has really bottomed out this season. This one goal was the only positive contribution of his all year long. And how many times did he surge forward flying past players not knowing whether to shoot or pass? I couldn't tell that he is actually a striker by trade. At the beginning he was surprisingly good as a LB cause he could make up any mistake with pure speed. Last year it shoed that he had little defensive skills, was embarrassed by Bernardo Silva several times and after that by many others, too. That is not all cause his positional game got worse also. He was abominable against Arsenal.
But hey, I am happy to support all you deluded fans out there who think Davie is mature enough to finally take his job serioously.
