What time does the coach need to prove himself as team head coach, SACK HIM
Let us make a realistic assessment of our players. Although we have players on "big teams" they are all role players. They are not really the stars of their teams. Maybe you can make that argument for Kudus being a star at West Ham. Realistically, the rest of them are good because they are surrounded by other stellar players. For instance, Inaki and Semenyo are great on their teams because they fit in well. There are other players who create threats so they get some opportunities to score and assist. With the Black Stars they are supposed to be the "main men" so the pressure is higher and they end up missing shots that they would make in their respective leagues. It is not the coach. We happen to have a set of players who are not ready to take on the pressure of being the lead on the Black Stars. We have to pick some different players who will just come and have fun and play hard. These players cannot deal with the pressure. I would just keep a handful of the players on this team to surround Kudus. THE PLAYERS ARE GOOD BUT ARE NOT BUILT FOR NATIONAL TEAM PLAY.
