Get rid of Laporta's wage to pay the hotel. Still not happy with what he pulled over the summer and lots of previous mismanagement. Flick will keep him on the straight and narrow from here on out.
The man is actually cooking, it had taken a long since we had a world class coach and we have to help him with that
Punctuality, healthy meals taken together, daily weighing, morning activation session, no playing favourites, no late night flights/trips etc. You can't get any more professional than this. This type of attitude and mentality creates champions. No two ways about it.
The big difference between Flick and Xavi is that Flick is a father figure to a very young team. He is stable, no drama or anger, no sending off of the coach etc. A young team no matter how talented needs stability. Xavi was too emotionally connected and it brought too much weight that was passed onto a team that really did not have older experienced leaders to shelter the young talent. It’s a lot easier for Flick to detach from the drama and he has been able to keep the team focused and away from the noise.
