I don't think there's anything there tbh. The asking for the phone back sounds like a stitch up, you had it for weeks and didn't make a copy? That's on them. There's probably nothing sticking for the original charges, now they're gonna try for this next one.

Mobile phones aren't the only way to check emails and bank transfers. They can be evidenced by other means. The FA had the chance to check the mobile phone. If they need more information Paqueta could supply it by other means couldn't he?
Surely the Spaniards are involved because Henrique played for Betis at the time and got yellow cards on the same day as Paqueta and the Brazilians because Henrique now plays in Brazil.

No way he'd be convicted in criminal law beyond reasonable doubt. My fear is FA are desperate to find something to get him because otherwise it makes them look incompetent and we could sue them for lost income.

I suspect Paqueta is guilty as it's the kind of stupid thing a pro footballer wouldn't see any harm in doing to help relatives score some cash. However, there are some points that Paqueta's lawyers will make a fuss about. In USA they have the 5th amendment (I think it is?) that allows you not to incriminate yourself and surely that must apply in British law as well?. Why does the FA introduce extra charges once Paqueta lawyers up and doesn't send in an old phone? It may or may not incriminate his involvement but the FA had this phone before and presumably found nothing? Unlike Gonzo I still hope that Paqueta gets away with it. I know Gonzo and all football journalists are all about making news instead of reporting it but let's see what happens eh?

I don't see whats new in this video. If they want the phone back it's more of an indicator that the FA have messed up. They would have downloaded the entire contents of the phone the moment they received it. There's no good reason to need the phone again unless you've messed up. A forensic mess up is good news for Paqueta and 'losing' the phone is the correct thing to do, why give them another chance to screw you over? I don't think the FAs argument on this would stand up in court. As for Paquetas inclusion in future Brazil squads, It has zero bearing on anything apart from his crappy form. Not sure what this video was trying to achieve really.
It must be difficult for a professional athlete to navigate around stupid family members and/or old acquaintances. If you drop them like a bad habit, they'll badmouth you, but if you keep them around, they can get you into trouble or fleece you of your earnings. I personally will take the badmouthing. I dropped those people over a long period of time, they have to don't have that luxury.

There are a lot of governments, companies, and individuals who work in this field. DFIR is not only for legal proceedings; for instance, the knowledge is used for things like your laptop's "hard drive crashing." There is a DFIR specialization dealing with cellular and smartphone devices, which includes a ton of specialized equipment, software, and techniques for obtaining evidence (data) from phone devices. DFIR is NOT (should NOT be) someone scrolling through emails and text messages on the targeted device – the data is forensically copied as digital evidence from the target device to be processed and examined with specialized software. Since the evidence is digital, storing or sharing it for further examination is easy, depending on the legal restrictions. It is quite bizarre that any FA governing body is making a 2nd request for the phone unless they are legally prohibited from storing or sharing evidence (data), or had no idea what they were doing in the first place.
PAQUETA is innocent believed that when case was first mentioned and still think so.fa are still no nearer the truth and are now desperate.but what does upset is how quickly fan base has turned negative especially show presenters who are 100 percent negative .
In a criminal court this would not stand up, however this is probably a kangaroo job, there must be no doubt, and you cant just work on coincidences,,,,,
