Hello everyone and welcome to Inside Arsenal.

In today’s show I give an update on Thomas Partey after he withdrew from the Ghana squad for the upcoming internationals. I also give my thoughts on the ruling in Manchester City’s APT case with the Premier League and look at the impact it could have on Arsenal. 1. Congratulations Charles for attaining the silver play button.
Keep up the good work 👍
I just started watching you this year and it has become a daily routine for me

  2. Hi Charles. Congrats on your award! Have listened for a couple of years and your show is part of my daily diet. Keep going – really enjoy your love of Arsenal.

  3. Congratulations on the You tube plaque. Been here since you started this. Brummie Gooner, currently in a rain and wind lashed Porto. Absolutely love your work and you deserve all the plaudits and praise as you're top dollar. Just hoping the missus took the hint and I get your book as part of my Christmas presents! 👍🏿

  4. Legend. Congrats on the 100k – here's to the next 900!

Ps – I always said keep the faith in Martinelli.

Jesus looks leggy and low in confidence. But as you say – one flash of magic can change that.

We should always back our players. And it wouldn't be the first time that Jesus has proved the doubters wrong! 😆

    Come on you Gunners!

  5. Congratulations on the silver play button!! You’re my favourite YouTube content creator and I believe you haven’t even got half of what you deserve for the quality of the content that you provide us!

  6. Hey Chalres. Harriman Annous of U18 is making a great impact recently. Scoring in his debut for both the EFL trophy and UEFA youth champions league as well. Not to get overhyped, but he could well be a good replacement for Chido Obi. Has a bit of similar profile to Martinelli as he can play on both flanks and striker.

  7. Hi Charles, I have been thinking since our last home games against Leicester and Southampton that we may be missing someone. Now hear me out on this but I think without Odegaard in the team, our best choice at LB would be Zinchenko (I know he’s injured at the moment but soon to be back). I love Timber and Calafiori and believe they’re the future of our back line, however some of our games recently against lower opponents have felt too out of control at times and a player like Zinchenko helps you strangle the opposition and rarely gives the ball away. I’d love your thoughts, not on Zinchenko being our best LB but on him being a valuable squad member and how he can help us rotate. Keep up the great content!

  8. We are destined to win something this season because just like Fergie did in his Manchester Utd winning days, he made sure some of his players didn’t go on international duty..
    Well done Arteta👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

  9. #Extra time
As far as my season power rankings so far, mine look something like:

    1. Saka
    2. Havertz
    3. Timber

I think we’ve just become so used to Saka’s consistent greatness that it’s easy to overlook what he’s doing – but in Bukayo we genuinely have one of the very best attackers in world football who consistently provides output and influences games even when he’s being double and triple teamed.

I’ve put Timber in as well because he’s genuinely been a revelation. ‘Like a new signing’ doesn’t even do it justice. His composure on the ball, his defensive nous and his ability to build up an attack is astonishing. He’s the most versatile player I’ve seen in the game. And to think he’s coming off 9 months out is quite unbelievable. The massive thing is that he’s made us unpredictable in our attack, which is exactly what arteta would have wanted going into this season. What a player.

Congrats on the 100k Charles, great to see good things happening to good people!

  10. I think Gabriel Jesus did provide a good account of himself after coming back from injury. It is also true that he did try too hard to impress after returning from injury. I am convinced that Gabriel Jesus is a top class forward and still has a lot to offer to this Arsenal side. On the other hand, I have lots of reservation about Gabriel Martinelli. For the past two sesaons, he has been the worst player in their first 11. It was always Leandro Trossard who bailed the team out after replacing him. This has clearly indicated that Martinelli is not up to the level required to play in the Arsenal first team.He was the one taking too many touches and often delivered the ball into a territory where his teamates never cross path. I have seen enough of Martinelli to give him my verdict. At the same time, I am very apprehensive about his consistency. In fact, I have a lot more faith in Raheem Sterling to regain his form at Liverpool and Manchester City. Raheem Sterling has titles under his belt but Martinelli has not proven anything at the top level.

  11. I'm personally boycotting Nations League football. It's friendlies with a new tittle so people don't argue against it's existence. Fifa needs to back up and take a look at what their contributions to fixture congestion and player degradation are doing to the game. There are simply way too many matches being played by the highest level players and football is suffering. Look at the world class list of currently injured players. UEFA should also contract the European Cup competitions fixtures lists rather than expanding them. I want to see Martin versus Rodri. I'm not watching the league stages of the Champions League or any bs Nations league garbage.

  12. Huge congratulations on surpassing 100K subscribers and receiving a coveted YouTube Silver Play Button Award.

It was never in doubt, just a matter of when this would happen.

Thank you Charles for all of the great content on this channel. 🙏🏻
