Then because of his brilliant form @ Liverpool, Man City signed him. Then he joined Chelsea and they ruined him but now he’s joined the mighty Arsenal and has worked with Arteta before so Arts WILL get him back to his best. Sterling to Arsenal is the perfect loan for Chelsea also. It is very much talked about how perfect it is for Arsenal (which it is) and that is what makes it so perfect for Chelsea.
