      Odobert is rubbish anyway, all this talk of taking on his man, he hasn't done it once at spurs, total waste of money, we will be lucky to get 5 million for him

      Bentancur shouldn't get suspended. He gave his apology in words and on the pitch, similar to Bissouma. The club needs to back him up whether the majority of the fanbase disagrees or not. Sonny forgave him, Enzo needs the same treatment if this goes through.

      The Bentancur ban is stupid, he shouldn't get any suspension at all, but 6 games is way too much, it makes no sense. So soft people are nowadays, even when he apologized, and Sonny accepted.

      great oppurtunity for Moore. so excited to see more youngsters. could be an oppurtunity to develop another Johnson. or even if it flops it isn't like a ndombelle situation where we spent 40 million. trust the academy or invest in the academy

      The 'offence' took place during a media interview in Uruguay, which is outside the FA's jurisdiction – that should be the end of it, whether or not he had been officially released by Spurs at that point. He was also speaking Spanish at the time. The 'victim' – his team-mate Sonny – has not complained; on the contrary he's accepted Bentancur's apology. Who actually thinks his remark is racist, and who has been offended by it? Funnily enough, Oriental people think that us Westerners all look the same, and call us 'gweilo' meaning 'round-eyes' – a factual observation, from their perspective. By contrast, Enzo Fernandes showed off about his insulting behaviour on social media, and was outed by Chelsea team-mate Wesley Fofana, who WAS offended. Fernandez's behaviour was far worse, and his Chelsea team-mates have been 'educating' him since then about the impact of his racist comments. So if Bentancur does nonetheless get a ban here in the UK, Fernandez's offence/punishment should be reviewed by the FA. They shouldn't be able to cherry-pick which players to punish on a technicality. NB I think Bentancur can still play in the Europa League matches, even if banned by the FA, so that will be some consolation if the FA does as expected, and makes an example of him.

      style of our play and our intense training added to the way we play we seem to break many of our players especially muscle injuries

      Spurs should appeal it and use Enzo Fernandez as an argument, how that guy does not get suspended but Bentancur gets suspended, this is double standards!
