  1. Bobby Wood played for the US in 2018 and scored three goals out of 8 appearances. Claiming that it's been 10 years is basically literally doubling how long it's been in order to make it seem like an eternity. 10 years ago would be 21 years old, and the US made a major mistake in cleaning house after losing one game to Trinidad off two fluke goals. Even Jozy Altidore was denied like 7 years of national team appearances in his prime from age 27-34. That was a major mistake. Either way, you need to learn your facts. Making up that someone hasn't played for the US for 10 years when they would've been 21 is quite the defamation and quite the lie. You need to find something else to do besides covering soccer and making weird comments about me. Nobody who matters likes you or wants you around.

  2. TELL'EM PETE! It's not that In'N'Out is overrated, rather overhyped. Like any time that Luciano Acosta does anything for Cincinnati, and all the MLS fanboys scream for him to be part of the USMNT. Yeah, he's good…for MLS. And MLS is def the fast food of the soccer world.

  3. "Neal has been bad defensively"

I thought on ball ability was everything now. We need to stop being worried about how well a center back can carry the ball and worry about if he can make a desperate stop on a counter. Can they defend a corner, can the keep up with a fast striker. Are they intelligent enough to know when to lay it off or when to just get the ball out of danger.

Alexi Lalas was not a great on the ball defender but you know what he did good? He was a monster in the air. He hauled his butt back in position when the counter sprung. He put in nasty tackles while staying in control. There was none of this "Oh I'm so fancy i can pass the ball 300 times with 99% accuracy"

We are a team that needs to be direct on offense and no nonsense in defense and transition. launch it long and let Weah and Pulisic chase it. Sargent can get that header that nods it to Reyna or McKennie who then springs it out wide. Enough of this "technically great center backs" I want a physical presence in the box who will bully Mbappe off the ball. Who can make Lukaku look like a child. I want a monster

  4. As a European I can promise you, Pulisic is an above average winger. Easily a top 20 winger in Europe. The Chelsea move really stunted his development. At Milan he's getting regular starts

  5. I still think Joe Scally can be a decent CB. Especially in a back 3 formation. If say Marlon Fassey begins to step up more and more as a potential backup RB, why not try to test Scally at CB. His profile fits well(he is like 6'1 and strong with good speed for a CB) and already has defensive skill set. I think its worth a try
