A coach can’t change the pay-to-play structure in the US! Get rid of it and you will get more talented players that will make a change. It’s not always about a Professional coach.

This is the cycle to go for a big name, as of now, Anericans aren't ready to manage this team, not enough experience. I'd like more managers to go to Europe and learn to manage there, we're sending tons of players, but not managers. Matarazzo won't be ready until 2030, this cycle needs a quality manager, this is the time ti spend and maybe even have the manager bring in an American to assist him.

Conspiracy theory: Big soccer countries want to keep USMNT mediocre so they are bribing USSF to hire mediocre coaches and not do things to try to be the best. They don't want US to be great because we would contend for world cups every time if we did it right, from development to coaching.

Klopp is bulletproof right now and has nothing to lose except vacation time. Give his wife a couple of months and she’ll get tired of him pacing around the living room shouting at the Telly during every match he watches and he’ll be ready… we can totally wait until January for him.

We need a seasoned coach from Europe, young players with confidence & character, consider players not from mls, and add 1 chance for an off the street players -have tryouts
