  1. Jordan Ayew is a super fantastic Player. If not, Cristal Palace wouldn't be using him for all these years. I really agree with the Manager.πŸ’―πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

  2. He was in top form against Arsenal. Defensively and offensively he was fantastic. Zaha would never drop deep back to help but Jordan is always ready to do that. I watched the whole game and his performance was really great. βœ…βœ…βœ…

  3. The fact is this national team callups are a cut throat game especially since we've aquired a lot of attacking players so if someone else is performing better in one of the positions he plays in and scoring goals regularly like Bukari or Yeboah-Konigsdoffer then that's all we can focus on work rate doesn't win you games goals do and a lot of times he seems to go missing in games

  4. If not for assists and goals what else should a forward be assessed on? Pls give us a break. Other duties such as tackles and ball wining are secondary attributes to the aforementioned categories. If he wants to tackle or defend then I'm sorry we have better players doing that in midfield or defense. He needs to be strategically positioned to deliver assists if he can't score otherwise he should give way to the newbies such as osman Bukari, sulemana or inaki. Let's not forget Jordan has been with the team for about 10yrs. The fact that we still debating about his role and contributions casts doubt on his impact in the national team.

Ppl argue he plays week in and week out for crystal palace. What role does he play and what statistics supports his contribution to the team. In the last couple of years what's the performance of his club on the whole in the epl.

Data and statistics should speak for him. Sports Journalists should be doing some hard analysis of comparing these national team players in their respecrive positions so we put all these arguments to rest. If Jordan has more tackles and winning than other forwards or midfielders then we can do our cost benefit analysis and choose whether we want a forward who wins balls and tackles to the one who scores and provides assists.

Bukari, Sulemana etc are very young players with potential and should be given more playing time than such experienced players we r trying to defend. The coaches and technical team of black stars should understand that the days of inviting players to only warm the bench are over.

Asamoah Gyan in the beginning struggled alot and we all bashed him but it didn't take long for him to silence Ghanaians. Ppl should stop all these tribal, religious and the hate insinuations they cast on ppl who make objective criticism about players.

If the player was in the realms of his brother, sule or essien, where will the criticisms be coming from.

If indeed he has other traits other than the traditional ones of assists and goals, otto addo and the journalists should tell us so we take note and assess him by that.

With just the least of opportunities given the likes of osman bukari and kudus are scoring for both club and country. Joseph Paintsil and Sulemana should likewise be given ample time in the national team because they r performing at club level. Only by that can Ghanaians assess and judge their performances. I'm a fan of Hudson Odoi however, if he continues to warm the bench and doesn't get enough playing time, his call up can even be threatened.

As Ghanaians, all we need from the coach is the selection of players on merit. The kumasi Derby should a food for thought for the coach and technical team.
