  1. Hendo looks so young in this clip lol..Never did i think that he'd be such a wonderful player, captain and role model.. Proud to say that he's our captain..YNWA

  2. If you told me back then that this guy would go on to lift the champions league and premier league…as CAPTAIN of Liverpool, I would’ve laughed so soo hard … inspirational this man

  3. Even though I don’t like Henderson as a player dude came a long way. He was a joke to many people and Liverpool were the laughing stock of the league at the time but in 8 years he and Liverpool really got the last laugh

  4. There’s an alternate universe where if Liverpool won all the finals Henderson was in they’d have won have won 2 league cups, an FA cup, 2 Champions Leagues, 1 Europa League and 3 League Titles

  5. Only Football Twitter nonces think Henderson is a useless average PL footballer. Whenever Liverpool lose, there’s someone missing on that team sheet. Henderson, Fabinho and Kimmich are top 3 defensive midfielders in the world imo.

  6. He is a good captain but an average player who lifted champions and pl trophy with worldclass team, although i am a liverpool fan i don’t like this donkey much

  7. Loyalty, hard work, dedication, resilience, leadership. Thats our captain. Thanks Hendo and thanks Jurgen for sticking by him even when majority of fans would slate him.

  8. I’m Glad that he had obtained from trophies since then, including UCL /and EPL. But of course, some great cup runs too 👍. I’m going to see him play with Liverpool shirt until retires.

  9. Interesting to wonder—if you asked Hendo now whether he'd trade all he's accomplished and received with LFC, in exchange for a guaranteed respectable (i.e. not gained via cheating or bribery) major trophy win for Sunderland, would he take that deal? May be Sunderland's only hope of seeing silverware again in our lifetime; but then again how could anyone give up the current run for Liverpool?
