Newcastle striker Callum Wilson has been ruled out for six to eight weeks with a hamstring injury.
Manager Steve Bruce added that “Fabian Schar [also] has had an operation on his knee ligaments so it’s eight weeks out for him. Javier Manquillo did his ankle ligaments so he could be a similar time out”.

Callum Wilson had been playing far too many games anyway, so this injury was inevitable…
Plus, he's had a few serious injuries in the past which obviously doesn't help.
Hopefully Dwight Gale can fill the gap.
