Absolute bullshit
By the rules, it's a good goal. I don't think it's the best move from a sportsmanship perspective, but you can't take a goal away for being mean. If you did that, there wouldn't be any 5+ – 0 blowouts.

The ref decides the spot. Looks like he rolled it closer. Despite ball stopping for a split second it was not where the indicated kick should have taken place. Id recall.

I believe once the ref runs to the spot and start to set the wall distance you can no longer quick start.
