It’s so odd that people are perplexed by a man who has been successful in a competitive industry believes in himself and what he does. Is he supposed to aim for failure?

Ange came in after we finished like 8th, we lost arguably one of the greatest strikers in history and still revolutionized our play style and made us finish 5th. It's ONLY THE START OF HIS SECOND YEAR!!! I understand that people want to win now, but COME ON… Give the dude an actual shot. At this pace we'll be replacing managers every 6 months…

Those people verbally abusing him on social media are such pieces of shit, projecting their own insecurities on someone else. Sad, really.
Main problem with this fan base is they've been starved of trophies for too long. A start stop season and lackluster performance just get on their nerves and cause them to become reactive seeking to sack the gaffer / sell the player.
What Ange has is endeavour. He sees us being successful. He see us having no limits. He wants us to be good. When you looking at numbers and stats objectively we are better off than the previous 4,5 seasons. The football we play is exciting. We've invested. We've been trying. We just need time to deliver results, it's a football club not a microwave ready meal.
He’s a winner and Tottenham is just lucky to have him as a manager…manU would love to have him rebuild their team 😊

Ange is a real human being. Perhaps some of the fans (i won't call them supporters) should give being a human being a go.

i am astounded that Ange is quoting that he normally wins things in his second season, Ange mate this is NOT the same level as Scotland/Japan/Aus, for God's sake this is NOT rocket science ! This is the most competitive league in the world to win as PEP will always tell you. This the highest level how can Ange keep a straight face and say well I have won at a lower level so ……..surely i will win here🙄🙄

Sad reflection on where our society is at …. It’s now deemed more important and held to a higher status to be a victim, than to strive and take it on the chin when we fail in our endeavours.
It used to be good parenting to hold our children and ourselves to a higher standard and strive to improve…. Now it’s more important to not hurt feelings and to not have expectations in case it makes some (lazy weak minded) person feel bad.
Ange (in 13 months) is trying to change 30 years of mediocrity by putting high expectations on our squad …. And how crazy that the Spurs fans who are obviously footballing masterminds somehow think we should be further along than we are if we were to listen to their wisdom 😅 it’s actually laughable that Ange and some players are being vilified when the journey has only just begun.
But then again for many it’s more desirable to complain than it is to support.
AP a very nice and decent guy but his naive approach in the strongest and most difficult league in the world is not good enough. Son hasn’t got the room to use his speed in AP’s tactics, Solanke will not get the service he needs as we cannot cross the ball. Vicario a very good keeper but just does not dominate his 6 yard area. Leaving 2 defenders at the back against any of the top 10 teams is always going to be dangerous. Bottom line AP is just nit good enough to manage a top side. He just said if you keep on trying the same thing then you get the same results, he continues trying the same thing…

Look at the teams which are successful- Man City stuck with Pep they had strong results, Woolwich stuck with Arteta they had strong results, Liverpool stuck with Klopp they had strong results, Aston Villa stuck with Emery and had strong results.

The abuse is not needed but Brennan Johnson has been absolutely awful this year. His crosses barely beat the first man and he seems scared to run at full backs. He really needs time on the bench because he does not warrant a start.
