FB is a big problem, pretty happy with the rest, but no Bos is a concern.
Obviously it sucks that there’s no Bos, Farrell, Mcgree or Robertson available because of injury reasons. I think we should be moving on from players like Behich, Mabil and Boyle and incorporate U-23 talents. If consider debuting players like Bovalina, Balard or even Triantis over Deng.
Mate Chicati has to start playing at the highest level regardless of previous campaigns.
Why does Arnie keep snubbing Callum Elder at LB for the Socceroos?
He's a starter for Derby County in the English Championship ⚽️🏆and is a solid defender.
Right now, Aziz Behich hasn't played any competitive football matches to date as the A-League season is yet to start, so therefore, he won't be match fit whereas Callum Elder will be.
Behich should be the backup LB and Elder the starter due to Jordy Bos being injured. There's the option of Jacob Farrell as well. However, he'd still be finding his place at Portsmouth.
Disappointed not to see Robertson here. Hope he stays with us and Arnie gives him more call ups.
Would’ve liked to see Elder over Behich on the Left back but I think we’ll see Rowles at LB with Circati and Souttar in the centres
izzo did great in the the A-league 23/24 season. I'm excited to see how he gets on for us
